HOLD UP!!! … Who the heck are Henry & Penny?

Just two French Bulldogs living the life! They were both born in NYC and then migrated to sunny Florida for retirement (and Disney World, of course!). They have fun & crazy adventures, be sure to follow them on Instagram!

How much can I feed my dog?

H&P Dog Treats are intended for supplemental feeding. They should not be used as a meal replacement, but more as a meal enhancer! Of course feeding them as treats separately is just as delicious! You should always observe your pets while they consume treats and provide them with plenty of water.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer amazing shipping deals. It is a $2 flat rate fee per product, or free shipping if you purchase the Breakfast Buffet Combination!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Right now we are only shipping within the United States.

What are the different ways I can buy your treats?

We accept credit card and paypal (both through secure networks). If you prefer to order over the phone, please send us an email and we will call you as soon as we can!

How can I be informed of new products?

Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the website and receive updates with new products or events we will be attending! We will never spam you or sell your information to third parties.


PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Are the treats made in the USA?

Yes, all of our high quality treats are made here in the USA. We source our human grade ingredients locally in FL.

If my dog has an allergy, can they still eat your treats?

All of our treats are grain, gluten, corn, soy, beef, chicken, turkey and preservative free. A grain free diet is recommended for dogs with allergies (read more HERE), and also our ingredients are carefully chosen to be sensitive for dogs with or without allergies (read more HERE).

Since these are “breakfast” themed treats, are these only intended to be eaten in the morning?

NO! These treats are suitable to be fed at any time of the day. Haven’t you ever had breakfast for dinner – oh, you’re SUCH a rule breaker!

Are the ingredients really healthy?

YES! We only use top-notch ingredients that are healthy for your pups! We have ingredients such as coconut flour, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and peanut butter. We also included fun ingredients like maple syrup and blueberries (which are loaded with anti-oxidants). How do you ensure great quality with H&P Dog Treats?

We are committed to go above and beyond in quality with our treats. All of our ingredients are ones that humans eat on a daily basis, and are carefully selected for their unique nutritional value for dogs. Our products meet or exceed the standard and specifications of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). Our treats are 100% made in the USA.

Why is there white powdery stuff on my Barking Bagels?

Some of the Barking Bagels have a dusting of Tapioca Flour on them – don’t worry, it’s 100% safe for your dog to ingest! This is the stickiest dough we have so the flour makes it easier for us to work with :)We like to think of the flour as the cream cheese on the bagel :)

Do you accept returns?

Our treats are fresh and are meant for consumption within 3 weeks of opening, so we are unable to accept returns.

However, if you experience any issues please send us an email and let us know the order number, the date and condition upon arrival and the condition of the treat. We value our customers so we will do whatever it takes to make you a happy customer.

What is the shelf life?

Because we don’t use any preservatives and freshly bake our treats, they will last at least 2 months if unopened and at least 2 weeks once opened (if sealed properly). Treats should be stored under normal conditions (dry and room temperature) to ensure maximum freshness.

Can I find your products anywhere other than online?

Right now our products are sold exclusively on our website.
